Robin Cockayne
Chief Executive Officer
Robin joined Revera in 2004 following ten+ years in IT and the business of hosting and application service provision (ASP). Robin has been a member of the Revera senior leadership team since 2005 and now leads Revera into its next phase of growth.

Chris Fairfield
Chief Financial Officer
Chris has more than 20 years’ experience in general and financial management. Before joining Revera in 2010 he was general manager at BASF New Zealand, where he also held the role of finance director for BASF’s Australasia group of companies.

Jason Porter
General Manager - Technical Operations
Jason is responsible for client projects and the 24x7 operations and management of Revera’s Homeland™ infrastructure services platforms and data centres. Twenty years in IT, prior to joining Revera Jason spent a big chunk of his career at IBM.

Troy Myer
General Manager – Professional Services
Troy oversees Revera professional services, including Government transitions and professional services projects. For the past decade he has held senior positions in project and operational management for both IT service providers and large end user organisations. |

Simon Gibson
General Manager – Client Operations
Simon has overall responsibility for Revera’s client services and technical support. He has managed large complex IT environments for both public and private sector organisations. Previous roles include IT manager for an Auckland Insurance brokerage and managing the IT unit of the Forensic Services Department of the Metropolitan Police, in London. |

Andrew Clements
Chairman
Andrew (Clem) joined Revera's board of directors in 2006 and in 2012 was appointed Chairman, replacing Joe Pope.
An investor and professional director, Clem is currently Chairman of Orion Health, New Zealand Assets Management and Amadeus Asset Administration. He is also Director of a number of NZX-listed and private companies, including Ryman Healthcare Limited and The New Zealand Refining Company. He is a past managing director of Emerald Capital Limited, a Canadian-owned investment company, and a current member of the Institute of Directors. He is Chairman of the New Zealand Football Foundation and a trustee of the Graeme Dingle Trust (an endowment fund for the Foundation for Youth Development, operating the Project K, KiwiCan, MYND and Stars programmes).

Roger Cockayne
Co-founder and Director
Roger, with Wayne Norrie, formed Revera in 2002 when they bought a controlling stake in the business and launched Hosting and Data centre Services (HdS, now known as Revera). He’s on the MIS Strategic Who’s Who list of professionals noted for their strategic, distinct and innovative work in New Zealand. Roger pioneered Revera’s technology and service innovations, including Revera’s VDC® platform, Type-R Eco-Pod data centres and utility computing.

Wayne Norrie
Co-founder and Director
Wayne spearheaded Revera’s cultural transformation, from its origins as a multinational enterprise storage provider, to the New Zealand-owned and operated IT infrastructure services business Revera is today. His professional career spans technical and delivery roles in sales, management, and leadership.

Joe Pope
Director
Joe chaired the Revera board from the company's 2002 formation (then known as HdS) to 2012, overseeing a period of investment and growth. A professional company director and advisor, Joe has held senior marketing and executive positions in both New Zealand and Australia, including chief executive of the New Zealand Apple and Pear Marketing Board.

Rick Bettle
Director
A professional director and Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Directors, Rick is a former Chairman of the New Zealand TAB and previously chaired NZ Lamb Co, Capital Coast Health, and Wrightson Finance. He was the Managing Director of Wrightson from 1987 to 1991 and the CEO of Alliance Group (a large South Island meat co-operative) from 1991 to 1995. From 1995 to 1998 he headed the law firm of Kensington Swann.
