A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics and Communication) launched Madhu’s career in IT. However, part through a 10-year working stint in India and Singapore, India-born Madhu decided her future lay in project management. “I was inspired to understand the whole project rather than specialise in one aspect of the project,” she said.
